In Alien Resurrection (film) DiStephano remains from the U.S.M. aboard the Auriga teaming up with Ripley, Wren, Purvis and mercenaries as they all try to escape using the Betty. As the Aliens escape they group together and reach the Betty, after launching they find the Newborn aboard, as DiStephano goes to the cargo bay he is killed.

DiStephano's character is played by Raymond Cruz.
DiStephano escapes the exploding USM Auriga with Vriess, Johner and Ripley only to die aboard the Betty in Alien Resurrection (film).

The Shock Rifle in the film is carried by DiStephano and Elgyn. The taser is used against Ripley when she tries to strangle Wren, she herself picks up Elgyn's rifle after finding him dead and continues carrying it until they reach room 7.

Timeline

The film Alien Resurrection is set after the film Alien 3, some 200 years after Ellen Ripley dies at the Class C Work Correctional Unit on Fiorina 'Fury' 161.
