Refraction Lazer is in service with the I.P.C. Personnel.
Description
Preliminary a weapon used by I.P.C. crew, the Refraction Lazer has a high rate of fire (RPM), firing clipped charges, and is standard issue in Alien Breed and Alien Breed '92. This weapon is similiar to the Tri-Lazer Gun firing laser pulses that rebound of walls and objects so can be used against aliens and enemies that are not in 'line of sight'. These laser beams have an increased range to the Tri-Lazer Gun and an increased effectiveness. Each firearm has an upgradability, increasing it's range and firepower, which is upgradable at the Intex terminals by collecting credits through the game.
Construction
Made from alloy and aligned similiar to a standard Lazer. Targeting sights are standard and a reload mechanism is situated underneath which allows for quick reloads.
Tactical Uses
A weapon of choice for the crew members and military on ISRC-4. Deployed for most tactical combat situations and tactical defense roles.
